Message from the Rector

Learning to transform

As rector, I welcome you to ENDOR Digital University that understands knowledge as a commitment to people, society and the future.

We are an online university that is committed to academic training and excellence, entrepreneurship, leadership, technology, and the positive impact on organizations and society under the same structure.

ENDOR's starting point and value proposition are the following: specialized training, workplace connection, innovation and employability, so that students are able to respond in an agile way to the changing needs of the labour market and the digital society.

In this sense, ENDOR stands out as a university conceived within the framework of digital transformation and oriented to a European and international professional environment.

We are part of the Digitalent Group, distinguished by a higher education model specialized in the digital economy that combines the development of professional and digital skills, research with a clear orientation to employability, and collaboration with the business community.

ENDOR offers official bachelor's degrees (3 years) and master's degrees (2 years) as well as its own specialized degrees in law, project management with AI, or sports management, among others. Its Business, Technology and Society Observatory aspires to be a reference centre in the generation of knowledge and critical analysis, contributing significantly to academic and public debate and informed decision-making in the areas of business, technology and society in its social, health, and legal aspects.

We understand education as an experience of structured support and, therefore, we promote a flexible and person-centred learning model, which stimulates the development of talent, encourages lifelong learning and promotes the academic and professional success of our students.

I invite you to discover our institution, which looks to the future with ambition, commitment and an international vocation. I look forward to accompanying you on a path of continuous learning, convinced that knowledge that is shared and placed at the service of people can transform realities and open up new opportunities.
